The Soul Train Awards 2013 will be hosted by Actor and Comedian Anthony Anderson, set to tape November 8 in Las Vegas and due to air on Centric and BET, December 1, 2013 at 8pm ET.

For the first time The Soul Train Awards 2013 will be at the Orleans Arena celebrating and honoring R&B’s finest and most soulful artists.

Tamar Braxton, K. Michelle, Jennifer Hudson, Smokey Robinson, Wale, Ron Isley, Kem, Chrisette Michele, Eric Benet, Bobby Caldwell, Joss Stone and ‘American Idol’ Season 12 Winner Candice Glover are amongst the lineup of performers.

“I’m very excited to be a part of this year’s Soul Train Awards. I’m thrilled that the show is honoring Dionne Warwick, one of my favorite people, and that I’ll be performing in tribute to her.” (Robinson).

Rapper Kendrick Lamar leads with six nominations while Miguel, Justin Timberlake, Robin Thicke, Chris Brown, Tamar Braxton and Janelle Monáe tie with five nominations…
